  1. Ability to change candidate/client calls to just one day rather than a week

    Have the ability to change the Candidate Activity or Contact Activity calls to just one day rather than a full week. This would allow you to diarise the exact day/time you are due to call a candidate/contact back without having to use Outlook reminders.

  3. Could you set a feature to block by IP address/country?

    It would be good to set adverts to only show in certain countries. For example if you are recruiting for a role in the UK, it's not time efficient to have countless applicants from overseas that your client wouldn't support.

    Hi Jim,

    I'm pleased to let you know that the following candidate owner details are available as merge fields in the formatted CV:

    • Name
    • Direct Dial
    • Email
    • Job Title
    • Mobile

  7. Default formating for candidate's mobile number

    set a mandatory default mobile number formating, that would change all candidate's mobile numbers to the same format i.e. +44 7888 888 888.

    At the moment all of our candidates have a different mobile number format, which makes them almost impossible to find when searching by mobile number.

  8. allow mutiple addresses for companies

    Companies with several locations should be able to be under the one company as most of the time it is the same HR contact who would then need to be added on multiple times. Can this be implemented?

  12. The ability to link a 'contact' to multiple companies for when companies have multiple offices in different locations potentially nationwide

    The ability to link a 'contact' to multiple companies for when companies have multiple offices in different locations, nationwide. Or to be able to have one contact, linked with one company, and for us to be able to add multiple 'office/locations' for where the companies offices are based. Rather than at the moment where we are required to add each office location as a new company and with a new contact then attached both of which require us to fill in all the same details (bar the varied addresses of course)
