    HI Richard we do this for you through the job distribution – if you go into the distribution page and open the link called distribution list you will see all the candidates that have opened / clicked through etc .. it is our plans to roll this functionality through to bulk email as well so moved this to voting to push up the priorities.

    Hi All,

    You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending.     It would be good if there is functionality to edit the name of a Bulk Email template so that I know what the content of each template is without opening it.

    Have had this functionality in my previous CRM for years. This function saves a lot of time.
