    HI Richard we do this for you through the job distribution – if you go into the distribution page and open the link called distribution list you will see all the candidates that have opened / clicked through etc .. it is our plans to roll this functionality through to bulk email as well so moved this to voting to push up the priorities.

    Most marketing software has this function and it's important for us to see if our prospect emails are being read to work out if they are working. If they are not being well read then we will know to change them. Please do invest in making this change as we are just blindly sending emails hoping for the best!
