Align additional templates to Advert Applications
Would be good to be able to select from a couple of aligned templates when emailing to applicants via an advert. EG a template to ask about RTW, or a different template to discuss requirements, without the need to "consider" the candidate to a job

It would be great to have the option to run a Data Cleanse option.
You should be able to run a Data Cleanse using parameters (fields that are import to you i.e post code, visa status, telephone number etc.) that will return a list of candidates that are missing any of this data. You should then be able to bulk email the candidates specifying the fields they need to update within their profile. This would allow us to really clean up the data.

Add Forecasted sales Information to Job Record Header
Currently, when reporting on forecasted sales in the sales section near the bottom of a job record, you must enter the forecasted sales and date. However, these entries do not automatically appear in the report unless you update the probability thumbs at the top of the page. This requires users to scroll back to the top to update the thumbs after completing the forecasted information. To streamline this process, we propose relocating the probability thumbs next to the forecasted sales fields, as they are closely related. This change would enhance user efficiency and improve the overall workflow.

Creating a 3rd additional association/relationship between companies
As far as I know, it is only possible to have 2 associations/relationships between companies. It would be beneficial for us to have a 3rd option

Ability to log calls on a job rather than a note - Tag to candidates and clients also
To be able to log a call on a job that also tags the client and the candidate i.e logging interview feedback, updates on jobs and aftercare.

Associated Companies in Potential Matches
Pulling associated companies into the potential matches list to potentially create a filter option to select associated companies.
Ensuring relevant contacts at associated companies appear when location radius is filtered accordingly.

Copy contact preferences
If you could copy contact preferences (similar to adding 'create similar' when adding a job) for new contacts. This would be useful when adding contacts from the same company who are likely to need the same preference options

Email Template - New Registration through a application
When a new candidate registers to the database by applying to a role they currently receive two emails. Application Acknowledge and Candidate Welcome – No Password.
It would be good for a new template to be created that is sent for when candidates apply to a job but register at the same instead of two emails being sent separately

Add help text to candidate details
It would be great if there was a question mark help option for candidate details to allow system users to add a little more context over the 100 character limit.

User Permission Setting
Add in a user permission setting to the user management module that hides the teams drop downs from the different roles

Term & Conditions to also be sent on client interview stage.
When creating a offer on a perm job there is an option within the document library where you can add a document such as Term of Service as part of that email.
It would be good to have this same feature for the Employer Interview stage when sending the confirmation email to the client

Automatically reject open applications when a job is filled
When a job is placed but the associated advert still has candidates awaiting processing, the user should have the option to automatically reject all the applications with an email notification being sent as part of this action.

Wjhen you enable Candidate Search on Enterprise for employer portal, the client has access to the full candidate database
We only want the employer to see their own candidates (i.e the candidates that have applied through their database and the applications they have received via their own database only)
