file / document rename feature
candidates have the option to upload documents onto the details tab. Consultants & admin can upload onto the documents tab (or details tab as well of course.) It would be great if the functionality to rename a file already uploaded to Firefish (details tab or documents tab) could be introduced, as currently you need to download the document, rename it and then re-upload it.

Adjust the character limit on company header to allow the full company name to show
At the moment it is limited to align with the tab options in the header, but sometimes the company name is longer than this.

Have the ability to filter in/out candidates in searches and talent pools depending on what site they have registered on

User Control On Search Bar Results
give users the ability to determine how many results show on the universal search bar. The current 5 is a bit low for some. Also the ability to select which modules are searched, i.e. just people or people and companies.

AI Prompt Searching
Instead of using the current tick/drop down search criteria, it would be great to have AI searching whereby we type out a prompt such as 'managers in Glasgow who I haven't contacted in the last three months' and the system will produce a list of results, not just based on preferences but on notes/employment history/etc

The ability to choose the job title that shows in the candidate header
Sometimes the most recent employment item isn't always the most appropriate job title. It would be nice if we could toggle whether to use the most recent employment item or to free type the job title.

Potential Matches Side Panel
At the moment the potential matches show at job creation and then remain on the summary when a job is created.
It would be good to move the potential match fields into a side panel on the potential matches tab to consolidate these fields onto a single page.

Changing date of note when adding a note
When adding a note to the system it would be good to be able to choose a different date for that note.
For example if you are out of the office all day and can only add the notes from any site visits the next day then we need to be able to change the date to the date the site was actually visited

Reports Dashboard - Meetings
At the moment its only possible to Report on "Interview - Arranged". Can you also add in the option for "Interview" To display when the interview occurs - so this can display within the set time period, rather than just the interview being arranged

Candidate concent on multiple job pages
When a candidate registers and gives consent on one of our jobs pages, we would like for this to make them compliant on another site, this means we won't have to request or update their consent

Don't allow the rank to change when filters are applied on the applications tab
At the moment, the rank on applications will change once filters are applied.
At the least it would be nice to toggle this option off/on
