  1. provide a job workflow for Contract to Permanent..

    Allow us to set up a new job as Contract to Permanent, and also enable conversion to permanent of an existing contractor post placement. without creating a new separate permanent job.

  2. Email everyone in your Placement list

    We are able to email everyone in a Considering list for a job, but if you have guys placed in the job, you are not able to email all at the same time, unless you create a Talent Pool. It would be a great function if you can fire off an email to all of your current working guys- within a job, and across all jobs too.

  3. Put the Download CV button back on the CV preview page within the application funnel

    This used to exist. But a recent update has seen it removed. You can no longer download from the application funnel CV preview page. You have to:
    - View the application in funnel
    - Select to go to the profile
    - Select the CV on the profile page
    - Select to download

    So the journey has become much more complicated. Can you please just add the download button back in on the CV preview page on the application funnel.

  4. Consider a candidate from the candidate record

    The ability to consider a candidate to a job from the candidate record.

  5. The ability to consider or reject candidate from the application screen

    Whilst looking at the list of candidates that have applied to your jobs. It would be great to be able to process them there an then, without having to go into each job indivudually, then process them

  6. Add an invoice field when placed a candidate with a company

    Would be great to add an invoice field when you have successfully placed a candidate.

    Perhaps in the "placement" field, you can add this next to offer and contract.

    As billing is such an intrinsic part of our job, would be good to see the invoice against each role placed

  7. "Send Email To All" option on bulk recruiter interview / employer interview / offer / placement

    As a recruiter I want the option to to Send Email To All when doing bulk actions on jobs (ie arrange recruiter interview, employer interview, offer, placement to multiple candidates).
    For example, if I arrange a recruiter interview for 100 candidates I want to be able to click a single button to send all the emails. Currently I have to click Send Email on each one individually (ie 100 times).
    This still needs to flag to me any candidates that don't have a valid email address and give me the option to correct them.
