Update the CC/BCC functionality on CV sent emails

When sending a CV on job workflow, the CC and BCC on the email modal should be updated to show the available contacts at the company.

    We used to have this feature when sending a CV to a client against an actual role open on FF. Some clients like other people copied in when sending a CV. Could you please reinstate?

    It is a shame that we have to utilise our votes on this as it was a feature that was taken away but one very much utilised and we need it back
