Put the Download CV button back on the CV preview page within the application funnel

This used to exist. But a recent update has seen it removed. You can no longer download from the application funnel CV preview page. You have to:
- View the application in funnel
- Select to go to the profile
- Select the CV on the profile page
- Select to download

So the journey has become much more complicated. Can you please just add the download button back in on the CV preview page on the application funnel.
