Further integration into Outlook for follow up calls/emails
It would be good if follow up calls and/or emails that are scheduled following on from notes are then added into your diary on Outlook instead of having to remember to check the page.

restrict hiring manager access
Allow hiring managers to move candidates all the way through the process from application stage but only allow them to see their own jobs. This would avoid other clients/ internal applicants from seeing confidential information.

Add 'speculative interview' (or similar)
Spec CV function is fine.. but there is no facility to take that action forwards, and to record interviews when progressing candidates with a client for a non-defined role. Can this be sorted?

GDPR Firefish timeline
Outline the timelines for technical GDPR updates so we can align with our own GDPR timelines. For example:
- When will we be able to search based on candidates who have opted in? Otherwise there is way to understand who has given consent and therefore not viable to try to start gaining consent
- Would there be an opt-in button that could be embedded into Outlook which integrates with Firefish

Have a search function where you can search for candidates who work for the same global employer irrespective of location.
I work with a number of large clients (EY, PwC) and want to be able to search for candidates who work for the same firm irrespective of their location. Would this be possible?

Could capture the enquiry source for new jobs.
Filefish should be able to capture the enquiry source for each new job listed and be built into standard reporting.

Application Packs Received Tab
Could we have a pack received section on Firefish within each Job.
When a candidate is at employer interview stage we can’t move the candidate back to considering stage for the administrators to work on to say pack received etc. and what proofs we need. We can leave notes against the candidate but to make it clearer for everyone such as the recruiters I think a pack received section would be good as then the recruiters can clearly see what we have got and are working on for that job. Please make firefish compatible with the iPad.
Please make firefish compatible with the iPad. Would make night working so much easier to be able to update records, and see pop up screens properly.

Make a contact "Has Left" rather than having to archive them
Currently when a contact leaves the only way to get them off if you don't know where they have gone is to archive them which is not really the right option as they have useful contact details, you also lose the record that they ever worked there which again is useful information and their candidate profile is also archived, this is mentioned in another idea

Be able to add a few company addresses to Firefish under company listing
It isn't possible to add more than one company address to Firefish even though many companies are multisite and have finance teams in different sites. It will get messy to keep adding new companies just so we can differentiate between different locations. Can we add more addresses under the same company then pick out the correct ones for the different contacts depending on where they are based?

Enable me to carry out a radial search for all dept managers from a postcode
If for example we register a good technician it would be very handy if we could select all "Service Managers" within the candidates commutable distance so we could send them a quick skills snapshot of an available candidate

Reject candidate for multiple positions
Currently candidates apply to multiple jobs which are unfortunately they do not have the necessary experience for. It would be great if you could send 1 rejection email for multiple positions rather than have to go into each job to reject individually

Send bulk email to placements (Via tick box)
I would like to be able to send out bulk emails to placements and the candidates in specific positions. It makes it easier if we ever do a refer a friend promotion etc.

When an advert is posted, candidates in the ‘prospect’ list are automatically sent a notification / link through to the vacancy. Only at this point can you go back in and access the ‘prospect list’ and view who has received notifications of the vacancy. Some of whom may not be appropriate.

In-House training
Do you think you will ever offer in-house training. I love the software and the videos are really good but because I am on my own I never get any time to look at the video but more importantly I get really excited when I do learn something new and I would love the opportunity where I can spend a few days at a time for in-house training to allow me to become an expert in using the firefish product because I will not be moving. I definitely believe I made the right decision. Thank you
