Hi Justin – planning on getting an outline out in the next week – thanks for chasing however as i am sure yuo appreciate there are lots of small think that we have been doing for GDPR and other take a little more time.
What has just gone out is the ability to search on the last updated dates for candidates and when you view the results you wil be able to see the candidates that have also been engaged with the business in your set time frame.
Working with this initially should help more customers to start to identify the candidates that have had no activity, no engagement and have not agreed to their candidate agreement as if they had agreed to your privacy agreement then their updated date would be updated.
So in the interim i would recommend that you start with your oldest candidates, sent out a bulk email with a link to your registration and get then to re register save this into a saved search and in 2 weeks later if they have not responded – either request to remove or archive the saved search n bulk.
you will get loads of bounce backs so if you then manage these by unsubscribing them through the marketing list. If you have set up a talent bank that collects all your unsubscribed this could also allow you to collect a list to bulk remove.
Hope this helps and allows you to progress with your data cleansing. I wil send this to the support team so they are aware that this may be a course of action for you.
