Reject candidate for multiple positions

Currently candidates apply to multiple jobs which are unfortunately they do not have the necessary experience for. It would be great if you could send 1 rejection email for multiple positions rather than have to go into each job to reject individually

    Hi Wendy
    Happy New Year! Just relooking at this idea. A candidate has recently applied to 14 jobs on our website of which they are only appropriate for 1 role. It would be great to click reject for 13 in one go rather than doing this on an individual basis. I don't want to archive the candidate as they are still possible for one of the roles.

    I have just used the archive tool for one candidate though. Nice to clear out 20 applications in one foul swoop! Thanks

    Potentially they are still going to be appropriate for other roles in the future, just not the multiple ones they have applied too!
