We want to track all KPI's but if we complete a follow up from our outlook, we have to manually go into Firefish to confirm a new follow up date.

New candidate upload via Add-in - Postcode, address and other modules
The ability when adding new candidates to the CRM via the Add-in/Chrome Extension, to include Postcode and address so you can fill it all out in one place (but not making it mandatory) meaning the record card for the candidate is as complete as possible, rather than having to go two or three steps further into the record card.

Exclusion criteria on searches
I.e. if bulk emailing contacts but you don't want contacts from X company to show in the search results, it would be helpful to have someway to exclude them from showing in the results

The ability to enable mailshots and job alerts to create a recent activity record
When sending job alerts and mailshots it would be good to see what a candidate has received on their record

Better checks on record duplication checks
Checking if a record is already created is difficult to navigate are results in consultants not bothering and creating duplicates.
Would be great if you were able to navigate to the actual record and get back to the list easily

Have an option that emails all the candidates in a job workflow when the job is filled. Ideally the template would be editable and push the candidate back to the customer website or candidate portal

Add Time Capture to API for Integrations
To be able to pass actual time worked for temps back into FF from Timesheet portal integration to be able to capture actual sales figures

maximum document upload size increase
The current maximum document size is 10mb but when a candidate is providing a portfolio which has a lot of images you can very quickly exceed this.
It would be good if we could double the current maximum to 20mb to cover those files that are larger.

Calendar Link
Create a setting in user profiles that would allow the user to insert their calendar/meeting link and this should then be available as a merge field in all email templates

Bulk email from reports
When reporting in Firefish it would be good if you could bulk email to a list of people on those reports.
For example, if I wanted to find a list of contacts that had a job placed with them in 2023 and email them I wouldn't be able to run this type of search from the search function but instead have to get the information from a report but you are currently unable to email from a report.
So it would be good to have this as an option so that I wouldn't need to use a bulk emailing service…

Log all updates to existing placements/extensions
When updating e-sign contracts, existing placements and extensions only the original action is logged. This then gets updated. It would be useful to retain a log of updates for auditing.

Further API development to allow the API to call more than 1000 records at a time

Warning when placing a candidate that is already currently in a live placement
When you place a candidate in a contract job there is not currently a warning telling you that this candidate is already in a live contract.
This would be good to have a fast paced temp desk as their could be several people talking to the same candidate for different roles and cannot always rely on the candidate letting the recruiter know.

The ability to customise the default meeting type
Currently it defaults to Speculative Interview, but it would be helpful if we could have General Update as this is the most common used

Run a report showing invalid email addresses on contacts/candidates
It would be helpful to be able to create a report on invalid email addresses so that users can update their system.

Any chance we could have a preference field for remote only, hybrid or office working options
Upon registering a candidate, we always ask what their preference is for remote only, hybrid or office working. It would be great if FF could create some field options for these categories. Thanks
