  2. Change the Lead Stage order

    i.e. it currently goes from Attempting to Engaged, to New, whereas should be New>Attempting>Engaged (or vice versa depending on ascending vs descending)

  3. Customised Registration Workflow

    Having the automatic email containing the information and links to legal forms just seems much simpler and it’s just there on the file to pull up when audited.

  4. Move Remove button to top

    The "remove" button on call follow up list should be at the top, to save endless scrolling once you have cleared a call.

  5. Ability to enter a fixed fee when entering placement information.

    When processing a placement (permanent, or fixed term contract), should have the ability to override sales markup and input a figure, for example where a fixed fee has been agreed rather than percentage based markup.

  7. Be able to toggle skills off/on on the parsing tool

    The new AI CV parsing tool is great, but it would be great to be able to switch off the skills element.

    Sometimes people mention terms in their CVs which are picked up by the tool and added to their record, but the term might used in a different context to the skills listed in the background, and is therefore irrelevant.

  12. integrate with chatgpt

    Hi Firefish Team,

    Could we add a built‑in ChatGPT connector (via the OpenAI API) so recruiters can trigger AI actions without leaving Firefish? This could be as simple as an “Enable ChatGPT” toggle in Settings with an API‑key field, plus role‑specific prompt templates we can tweak.

  14. Expiring Star Ratings

    When a candidate is first rated, they may fall into the 2 star category essentially classing them as a 'not now' due to lack of experience or whatever reason. After 1 year, the star rating could become 'expired' whether that means it becomes a different colour or returns to 3 stars. The candidate at this point may have achieved some longevity in a role or a desirable qualification since they first registered and with an expired star rating, can easily be identified as needing reviewing by a consultant.

    For example, when filtering through applications for an advert, an expired star…
