  3. AI Prompt Searching

    Instead of using the current tick/drop down search criteria, it would be great to have AI searching whereby we type out a prompt such as 'managers in Glasgow who I haven't contacted in the last three months' and the system will produce a list of results, not just based on preferences but on notes/employment history/etc

    LinkedIn Recruiter have a similar functionality

  4. Add Sources to API Linked Actions

    Now that we have Channel and Source tracking for Adverts and the Job Workflow, we should extend this functionality to the wider API.

    Currently we have placeholders added into the notes for each action however we should make sure that each action can be attributed properly per API Profile, so that we have a consistent UI experience and also easier reporting.

  5. Reset Job Stage On Multiple Placements

    If there is more than one opening for a role, and a placement is made, the role currently always has a status of placed.

    This makes it very hard to manage the second or third opening for that role, as you don't know which stage you are at with it.

    It would be helpful to be able to edit the role status so that you could set it to the correct level of search/processing which you are doing for that job.

  7. The ability to choose the job title that shows in the candidate header

    Sometimes the most recent employment item isn't always the most appropriate job title. It would be nice if we could toggle whether to use the most recent employment item or to free type the job title.

    I want to be able to change the headings of the catagories on the documents page of a candidate profile. For example 'CVs', 'Formatted CV', 'Cover Letter'

  12. Change the default time increment that a meeting logs in your calendar when sync is switched on

    Currently the increment is 45 mins, but we'd like to make it 30 mins.

    Allow advert posting straight to New Scientist.

    New Scientist told us they were quoted £1250 by Firefish to make this happen, can we do it for free?

  17. Add multiple locations WITHOUT needing to add a Child or Parent record

    Add multiple locations/sites for one company without having to create a Parent/Child which takes more time and creates more records.
    Where FireFish has Associated Companies on the Summary of a Company Record - we'd like to have a single place to see all their offices (expandable but showing say 6 - 10 in two columns).
    Rather than adding brand new company records for each location.
    Once main record (like a parent) and then, just add the different addresses.
    I've checked with FireFish customer services and this doesn't exist but they think it's a good idea. Vote for change!

    This will allow CV upload from anywhere there is a candidate list within the system, and it will save you needing to open the candidate record

  19. Insert a link in the email alert which leads directly to the application in FF

    When a candidate applies to a role on our website we get an email alert
    Then we have to log into FF and find the candidate
    Can the alert have a link directly to the application on FF
