Gender ♂♀ - How can we tell?
Is it possible to have a Cartoon Symbol to show the Sex for the contacts so we know whether they are male or female?
If this can show by the Contact's Name (alongside the links for Facebook, Linked In) that would be an easy place to see this information.
Perhaps a *********************************** and a Cartoon *************************** for Females?

Preferences Per Site Settings - Jobs/Contacts/Companies
To update the Preference Per Site settings so when a value is disabled it does not appear the Jobs, Contact or Company records or searches.

Automatically pull placement information into template candidate / client contract documents
To avoid duplication of having to manually create a candidate / client contract for every placement.

Include a date and timestamp when uploading received emails
At the moment, when you upload received emails to FireFish and time and date stamp of when the email was actually received is not included. Instead, FireFish only shows the time the email was uploaded. It would be incredibly useful, sometimes business-critical, to be able to see when emails were received.

Make Company Info Editable from Summary Tab
On company profile, the links on Summary tab allow you to click through and quickly edit what you need to, however it's frustrating that you cant:
- Edit the description from the Summary tab
- That there isn't the link that takes you to the exact field to edit (the way the links work via the Summary tab in a candidate record).

Search Candidate CV Filter
To add a “Search Candidate CV” tick box to the candidate keyword search which would gives the option of excluding the CV from the search. By unticking this field users could run a keyword search which would search the candidate profile only and therefore exclude any keyword matches in the candidates CV, giving more accurate search results based on their Skills, or other data within the Profile tab.
This logic could also be rolled out to the Keyword search fields within Jobs and Contact Potential Matches for consistency throughout the system.

Add Flags to Considering List
Add suitability flags (used in advert applications page) to the Considering list on jobs.
- User should have the ability to customise the flag labels/names
- Flags should be added to Considering list on jobs within the Recruiter Portal and Employer Portal.

Diary Events/Calendar Sync
As a user I'd like the ability to sync my Firefish diary events and calls from my to do list with my email calendar.
This would allow me to easily see interviews, meetings and calls arranged through Firefish alongside other appointments in my email calendar.

Compliance To Do lists - Filters
As a user I want to be able to filter the candidates shown in the Compliance to do lists by Candidate Name, Registration Type and Source.
This will allow me to easily search for a specific candidate, filter to view the channel candidates have registered from as well which specific source they came from (i.e. a specific job board).
For the candidates coming from job boards, I'll then be able to bulk update these candidates compliance as 'legitimate interest'.

Move candidates to the top of the considering page if they are updated?
Currently if a candidate is marked as not progressing they move into a grey area. It would be great if the candidates that are sitting in considered would move to the top if they're updated/changed ie an email or bulk email sent to a candidate would move them to the top. So that interested candidates would be sitting at the top, pending in the middle and not progressing at the bottom.
0 votesOn the Considering list of a job, you can use the Suitablity column to flag candidates as Suitable, Maybe or Unsuitable.
Candidates are sorted primarly by Suitablity in the following order: Unranked, Suitable, Maybe, Unsuitable (top to bottom).
Once candidates are sorted by Suitability, the most recently updated candidates will always be at the top, based on the Action column.

Compliance - New Legal Basis Drop Down Required
We need an additional drop down for "Contract" as this is a seperate Lawful Basis for Processing as defined by the ICO, alongside Legitimate Interest and Consent..
We will then be able to be compliant with all candidates who are in or have been in a contract with us without having to gain specific Agreement, or rely on Legitimate Interest Written or Verbal.

Add new option under legal basis for processing candidate's data
There should be more options under legal basis for candidates to cover written as well as verbal consent via the manual registration with the option to select more at a later stage through the candidates record:
- Legitimate interest
- Consent: verbal
- Consent: written (email)
- Consent: Legal plugin

Search by type for companies
We use Type of company heavily in FF would be great if you added type under advanced search in profile. so we can easily find all the companies by type. rather than sorting when we have list already.

Cog for live add filter on a job search
It would be really good to have a coloured square when searching your active jobs to show you have an active advert. I often do job reconciliations and have to click into the job to see if there is an advert attached as I want all my jobs to have adverts. They can sometimes be missed when expiring

Copying interview details to multiple people
We are keen to be able to copy interview details to multiple people in the recruiter/external interview tabs (ie inviting 20 candidates to an assessment event with the same details, rather than having to give each candidate individual interview details).

provide the function to hide salary info when advertising to job boards.
Some of our clients do not wish for the salary to be shared on adverts so this would be really useful
