On Enterprise, we need to add a setting which allows a user to show/hide the Custom Job Fields in the Employer Portal.

New feature allowing users to set certain engagement criteria to define an overall engagement score for candidates.
Allow users to define their own engagement metrics based on their specific criteria e.g. if candidate has performed specific action or replied to email/SMS.
Scoring: The feature should allow users to assign different scores to each engagement metric to reflect their relative importance in the overall engagement score.
Search Filters: The feature should allow users to filter candidate search results based on engagement scores and other engagement metrics.
Engagement score to be made available in Reports Dashboard. -

Delighted to confirm we'll soon be starting to scope out requirements and plans for adding a universal search bar on the top menu within Firefish.
We'll provide further updates later in Q2 when development begins.

Hi Terry - you will see i have updated this to in build as it is actually getting worked on at the moment.
In the interim the new person search does actually do this for you.

Hi Alison - you can just turn your contract workflow off in your settings so this would help you. I will get the support guys to let you know how to do this.

Hi Tom thanks for this - yes we are trying to look at this one in line with the search functionality this month as other users want it as well.

Hi All,
You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending. more options for templates on bulk emails would be good as well as the option to bulk update!

HI over the last year we have seen that response sites are definitely doing better that apps or adaptive sites therefore we have changed tack and would be looking at fitting the candidate portal information into clients responsive websites.
apart from the thoughts on this it has not moved any further forward as here are others that are at the top vote that we want to get improvements out to everyone first.

Wee update on this one
I am currently playing around with a ff mobile version of a clients website. This allows users to browse roles, see featured roles, contact you and links all your social media sites from your phone.
So we are approaching this one slightly differently in that it is not an iphone app that candidates down load but an option that you have the ability to switch your website across to recognise a candidate is viewing yor website from a mobile phone and create an easier engagement experience for them.

As a user, I want to be able to easily flag the suitability of applicants whilst also previewing the candidates CV.
Currently I need to click to preview the CV, then close the preview to update the candidates suitability which is time consuming, particuarly when working through a high volume of candidate applications.
This also applies to the star rating and hot candidate status for each candidate.
