The ability to group reports (eg Sales activity, Revenue) by client company [Company Reporting]
There are lots of different things that we need to report on at client company level such as sales activity, sales revenue, projected sales, active jobs. The team is frustrated by the fact that we can get client company into the data behind the dashboard, but that we can't group it to display dynamically - instead we have to export the data and manipulate it outside Firefish

Create leads within clients and companies [BD/Lead Pipeline]
Option to log leads against a client / contact record and have somewhere to track the progress of it. This would be really help with business development, allowing you to update/ track/ refer leads.

Recording Time in Recent Activity
As a user, I'd like to be able to specify Times as well as date for certain actions, such as Follow-Up Calls and CV Submission Deadlines, and report on these times in Activity User reports.

Add the ability to create a new candidate/contact from the Universal Search [Add New Person]
If the universal search cannot find a candidate/contact, a user should be able to create the person from the same page.

Remove the ability for candidates to create companies on the database when they add their references
I am having to delete loads of irrelevent companies every week that candidates are adding to Firefish when they add their references. They are either duplicates that we already have on there, based overseas, or are small shops/places where they have done casual work that are never going to recruit staff. I am trying to keep the data relevent but this is just creating completely useless data that we can't do anything with. It takes so much time to keep having to archive them every week.

Delighted to announce we have introduced new settings within Settings > Candidate Portal, giving Super Users the ability to disable sub sections of the "My Profile" page of the candidate portal - this includes the ability to disable/hide the "Employment" section, meaning candidates will not have the ability to add new companies to your database or view existing companies that are suggested.

When searching for leads, show only your leads and not everyones
When searching in the leads tab, it pulls through all leads. Having a filter here to show just yours initially with the option to few others if required, rather than having to scroll to find your own leads you added in.

Improved visual display of documents
Is there a way to display the list of documents on a client or candidate in a list format so it is easier to see the document name and date. Currently it's not easy to view especially when there are documents with similar names

Email tracking
Email tracking that sends a notification when emails are opened and attachments. This is from individual emails or bulk.

On a candidate record under the 'Pay' tab, provide super admins with the ability to customise the name of PAYE and Self-Employed selectors for all users.

Much like the candidate side panel it would be good to now have the same for the contact

Allow reporting for individual placement data e.g. placement end date
Currently you can't create report cards based on the individual placement data, only the overall job data. This can present a challenge when trying to create a report or filter that isn't already available in the current contract page on the dashboard. For example filtering based on placement end date.

Search for candidate/contact by phone number
It would be useful to be able to search for candidates/contacts via their phone number. As a new business our landline is currently linked to a mobile so it is impossible to save every contact, therefore, when we miss a call and no voicemail has been left, we have no idea of who has called, why they have called etc.
This would be a great functionality for everyone I am sure.

Thanks for your idea! We are delighted to confirm that we have added phone and email fields to our search functionality for Candidates, Contacts and Companies. These will appear on the search pages and the dashboard.

automatically save the formatted CV's with the candidates first name and last name only
this would save clients having to change the name of the CV or by saving and sending it in error with a job board mentioned in the title.

Put the Download CV button back on the CV preview page within the application funnel
This used to exist. But a recent update has seen it removed. You can no longer download from the application funnel CV preview page. You have to:
- View the application in funnel
- Select to go to the profile
- Select the CV on the profile page
- Select to downloadSo the journey has become much more complicated. Can you please just add the download button back in on the CV preview page on the application funnel.

Weekly planner for Contractors [Availability Planner]
A weekly planner that allows Sales Consultants, Managers and Support Staff to review all relevant information and action changes from the planner – see attached draft.
The planner shows; Company and location, Hiring Manager, Candidate, Job Title, Start Date, End Date, Pay Rate, Charge Rate Margin, PO No. etc… Allowing the user to view all information on jobs, past, present and future.
Users can act by filtering and sorting based on the above as well as remove, SMS and roll-on candidates from the planner.
