How do I close me items on my to do list ?

We finding the system can be a little 'messy' and long winded to use as it does not make logical updates relating to a candidates progress i.e. when you respond to an applicant or progress them onto the next part of the process you have to remember to go back and 'close' them in various lists. They might be sitting on lots of lists: applicants, CV's sent, Internal interview etc if these all happen in one day (which is common). I currently have a candidate who with drew her application but she is still showing as suitable under the advert, so when she withdrew I would have to remember to go into the advert applicants and reject her (I think) so that she is no longer showing as suitable. Is it possible for the system to automatically update these lists as appropriate.

Hi Alison

Are you referring to the to do list on the dashboard? If these are the lists that you mean then yes, we will doing some work in these to link up the actions to the To do list items so that you wont have to keep going back to them and closing them off.

    The system now automatically updates so that when you have carried out an action the to do list for it will close. Let's look at an example here.

    I have 6 new registrations and I am going to assign one of the new registrations to another user on the team.

    I go ahead and assign the user and go back to the to do list on the dashboard. The system has updated automatically and reduced the number of new registrations from 6 to 5. The to do list will automatically update when any related task/action is carried out.

    The to do lists now close on the linked action that is associated with the linked / original action.
