Bulk email from reports
When reporting in Firefish it would be good if you could bulk email to a list of people on those reports.
For example, if I wanted to find a list of contacts that had a job placed with them in 2023 and email them I wouldn't be able to run this type of search from the search function but instead have to get the information from a report but you are currently unable to email from a report.
So it would be good to have this as an option so that I wouldn't need to use a bulk emailing service…

Run a report showing invalid email addresses on contacts/candidates
It would be helpful to be able to create a report on invalid email addresses so that users can update their system.

Candidate Specific Reports
The ability to report on a single candidates record or create a custom list of candidates that are manually added to the list and then report on information from those candidates.
The reporting fields would include everything from the candidate record such as notes, call and tab from summary all the way to if they have a document attached

Reports Dashboard - Team Structure Filter
Within the reports dashboard you can currently run a sales report on individual users but it would be good to be able to run the same report to get the overall sales of a team using the team structure setup

Advert Performance - Reports Dashboard
Can we have the number of mailshots and job alerts sent shown on the reports dashboards. Ideally these would be split out so we can see the totally of users generated mailshots and system generated job alerts and the prospects tab information relating to these

Calculate Permanent Sales
Currently we can group by Sales Type on the reports dashboard, however it is not possible to show the 'Total Sales' of a permanent placement without calculating Placement + extension - termination.
Similar to the Projected/ Actual Sales groupings it would be good to have a grouping for permanent sales that shows the total without the need to manually calculate this.

Report on expiring compliance details
Currently, it is not possible to report on expiring compliance details within the reports dashboard.
The expiry date of compliance details shows as a column, however it would be good to be able to report on details that are expiring in the upcoming week/ month.

Talent Pool name as the display option/dropdown, then the number of new/existing or no longer match candidates.

Dashboard Card to display the number of permanent job workflow deals completed by a company
It would be great if we could create a Dashboard Card or Report to display the number of permanent job workflow deals completed per company for a consultant/team/time period etc.

Convert report data into a saved search
It would be useful to be able to convert candiate/contact data from the report cards into a saved search if these tie into a project to be worked on - i.e. candidates with no discipline

Filter Sales by Company on Reports Dashboard

Traffic lights on dashboard
Link the report dashboards to KPI's which then allow you to show red/amber/green on each recruiter whether they are on target i.e. 0 placements the bar would be red, 2 placements it would be amber, 3 placements green
