Star Rating
Can we change the star rating when we are in an internal interview or at any stage of the process rather than only being able to do it in an action?

let me think about this as the way we have set the stars are up is that you should have a reason for changing the persons star rating and therefore a note as to why you are changing it. If you are recording an internal interview on the person’s record you can change the persons rating.
if we opened this up you could have someone just change the rating and not understand why ?
