Weekly KPI dashboard stats are currently static. What would be useful is the ability to click the 'actual' number and for it to then open a page which shows a summary of who that number relates to.

For example, click on the number besides 'call updates' in BD. A page opens showing a list of names of contacts updated, companies they work for and a summary of the comment which can be expanded to see the detail if necessary.

Under CV's sent - it opens a page showing all the candidate names, to which roles and companies and date sent

New jobs - opens a page listing all the job titles, company names, % fee and salaries.

Placements - perm and contract - a summary page listing the names of the people, company, job title, revenue, start date, etc.

It will make it much, much simpler for managers to drop in and see what's actually been done.

Currently the stats are simply numbers, and the reporting tool is so clunky, it's rarely used because it's poorly put together and not ergonomic.
