Add the ability to create a new candidate/contact from the Universal Search [Add New Person]
If the universal search cannot find a candidate/contact, a user should be able to create the person from the same page.

When adding a new person, if this person already exists I want to be able to click that persons name to view their profile to double check it's the same person I'm wanted to add. Currently it only gives you a list of existing names and you can't view their profile from there, you have to then search them individually again in order to double check.

It would be helpful if we could view a candidate's CV from the list that generates when you search their name under 'Create New Person' so that we can be sure we're not unnecessarily adding a new person who is already on the system.

Instead of being told there is no one on the database of that name, it would be a smoother process if you could then add the person's details to the database as a new candidate or client. This would be a slight time saving process and I think could be a benefit to all users.
