We need to seperate the banner image from the header and the menu in blowfish as this is causing problems in blended websites a d they are having to hard code the images in to the CSS.

1. Remove the train image that is embedded into the template if there is no banner image and se[perate the banner picture out from the header

2. Create a menu panel under the header panel as per the attached by reducing the gap above the text and the header panel slightly to even up with depth below the primary menu.

3. Move the primary and second menu colours to take this from the primary and secondary colours

4. Create the multiple columns in the featured content sections
