Ability to customise or add fields to the ‘call’ action, e.g. Available Date and Notice Period
When logging a call, we have 3 fields available ‘Note Type’, ‘Notes’ and ‘Follow up’, it would be incredibly helpful if we could customise this or add to it.
The ability to update the available date and notice period from the log a call action is essential. Some consultants may want to be able to update other fields, like ‘DBS status’, ‘Current Salary’, ‘Own Transport’, or to record if the candidate is actively looking. This would save us from having to enter this information on the preferences tab.
Even better, the ability to link the fields on the log a call action to the ‘Note Type’. For example, when you set the note type to ‘Canvass Call’ the option to add a lead could appear while the available date and notice period disappear.
