Secondary mandatory compliance based on response - at the moment, we can turn compliance on and off but some areas/sections we need to be mandatory for certain workers or certain job roles, so current option only allows 'all or nothing'. - We cannot make share code check madatory as it doesn’t apply to all workers but, can we make is mandatory based on the response to 'Nationality'. - We need to make driver compliance mandatory but not all workers are drivers. It would be great if a candidate answered yes to 'Are you applying for driving roles?' and then the system presents the driver compliance - activates for yes, doesnt for no
