Archive documents
Alternative file storage - multiple documents - I have added some 'additional document' spaces,but wonder if there is a better solution. Archiving section, out of sight but accessible - some loaded documents would need to be recompleted at certain intervals, most affected being the DVLA check (every 3 months) - so recruiters would need to remove the current uploaded document and replace with new check, we would like to retain the previous checks but FF only offers a detele option. Adding multiple docs on just certain records, not all - some workers in certain clients may have client paperwork, so we wouldnt want to load every record with additional fields to be completed. Could the details tab be in a table/list view - document added as a hyper link as opposed to thumbnail - this would save on space and make the view tidier and therefore a bit more unser friendly. would also allow for the filter and search of documents and allow for possibly free upload of documents Name of doc - date loaded - expiry date, Name of doc - date loaded - expiry date
