I'm a new user to Firefish and an experienced recruiter with CRMs. I've just watched the first two training videos and I've found them to be a frustrating barrier to getting up and running:

Introduction - I've used many CRMs and they all have different 'setups'. A brief summary of how the system is structured or designed to work would be great to kick off with. No detail, just an overview to set the scene and get your bearings.

Framing - there is no setup of 'in this video, you will learn' and its all spoken. No visuals. Just a few bullet points at the start of what the video is about and at the end would boost it's effectiveness. Doesn't have to be fancy or expensively produced, an open powerpoint slide would be great.

Pace - Way too fast. I'm constantly rewinding to hear what was said or what was clicked next. Many points start with 'Just...' and then a number of points or clicks in quick succession. The pace would be fine for experienced users learning advanced features but not for complete newbies learning the basics.

Tone - The speaker's tone repeatedly drops into very low pitch and volume, half way through sentences so its hard to hear what's being said.

Audio quality - not great and doesn't help combined with tone and pace issues above. Phone microphones or headphones aren't the right tool for the job.
