Outlook Add in - 'view profile' instead of having to tag the email

It would be great to be able view the candidate or contacts profile details (e.g. number, preferences etc) from the outlook add-in without needing to tag an email first. This will save time having to flick across to Firefish to find them on the system and then their details.
