Search by phone number
I wonder if this is something we could add to the requests/ upgrades.
If someone calls me and I want to search the system to find out who it is, I’m not going to know if there number is on as +44 or 07nospaces or 07 with spaces. Attach CV to Interview Confirmation
It would be great if when an interview is arranged, the candidates CV could be automatically attached so the interviewer has a copy without having to find the original CV sent email.

I receive many applicants that are completely unsuitable for a vacancy. When I reject them, the email sent to them also comes u
I receive many applicants that are completely unsuitable for a vacancy. When I send them a rejection email, the email is copied on to the client contact for that vacancy.
When i go to the client contact, there could be 50 emails to rejected candidates in the communications section. This makes it very hard for me to find actual conversations / emails / calls logged that were directly with the client.
My suggestion is that rejection emails to candidates that have NOT reached client interview should NOT go on the client or client contact record. It is completely irrelevant to…2 votes -
Review the 'Currently in Contract' Status Change
When you place a candidate in a temporary position they are automatically placed into 'Currently in Contract' on the date the placement is made on the system - not the date the placement actually starts.
This means, if we place a candidate in a temporary booking that starts in 3 weeks' time, the candidate won't show as available for any other opportunities before their booking start date.

Add additional sub-dropdowns on existing sub-dropdowns for locations.
I.e. Location: USA, Sub-location: Texas, Sub-sub-location: Houston

Having an additional tier on preferences is not something that's currently planned as it could over complicate the available values for candidates to populate/search from.
I would suggest reviewing the existing Parent/Child values and potentially remapping these in a more efficient way to eradicate the need for a 3rd tier.

delete a file from its original source once it has been attached in FF. This would just save so much housekeeping time and is good GDPR
if when we attached a doc to FF we had the option to delete from the original source, it would save so much housekeeping time and is great from a GDPR best practice point of view.

Have the job profile document preview at the top of the page so you can view it no matter what tab you are in

Enable/Disable Application Filters
Users should be able to enable/disable the filters within the applications tab without having to remove the keywords that have been selected.
At the moment we can only remove all keywords, or turn the filter off to see all applications- we should be able to disable on an advert by advert basis

Add previous email thread from follow up emails on to-do list
I am requesting that you can reply to emails through FF whilst keeping the chain of previous communications if discussing the same subject.
A RE: email if you like.
It is so you can refer to the previous correspondence below as you do when replying in Outlook, including the previous comms, even though creating a new email.

Interview Notes Feedback to Accommodate Client and Candidate Feedback
At the moment it is only possible to enter and capture one lot of interview feedback via the Interviews view on the Dashboard.
Then it disappears!!
There is of course 2 sets of feedback to be collected from every interview.
Each interview has 2 sets of feedback - candidate and client, and so this functionality needs an overhaul in order to be useable and meaningful.

New Registrations Tick Box
It would be good if there was a tick box or candidates were removed from the new registrations list once they had been contacted so we can quickly see people who have registered and haven't been contacted.

IR35 - Candidate Record Update
All Contractors have a preference re IR35.
Some WILL NOT work Inside. For those that will they have a different rate expectation.
We need to be able to capture this at Candidate Record level.
We also need to capture whether their current contract and rate is Inside or Outside IR35.
All contracts must be Inside or Outside now by law and so this has become essential data,

Flag up candidates who work for current clients before sending a mailshot
Before a mailshot is finally sent to the candidates in a saved search, running a check on those candidates to ensure that anyone who currently works for one of your client companies is flagged, so that you can avoid sharing sensitive information with the wrong people

Contactors Out Report exclude candidates who have been terminated.
If a candidate has been terminated with a termination date the same as the placement start date due to not starting/not showing, it would be good to have these removed from the 'Contractors Out' report and only show those candidates who did actually work during that period.

Filtering on disciplines in potential matches
Currently the potential matches are based on the parent level discipline, so will bring irrelevant candidates into the potential match list at times. In some sectors, CV's are not required (i.e. construction), so keywords do not fine tune the potential matches, giving a larger list. IT would be great if there could be a setting in the potential matches to allow you to not just filter and score, but chose if you want to include from discipline level or just role level.
