I receive many applicants that are completely unsuitable for a vacancy. When I send them a rejection email, the email is copied on to the client contact for that vacancy.
When i go to the client contact, there could be 50 emails to rejected candidates in the communications section. This makes it very hard for me to find actual conversations / emails / calls logged that were directly with the client.
My suggestion is that rejection emails to candidates that have NOT reached client interview should NOT go on the client or client contact record. It is completely irrelevant to the client and reduces my efficiency as a recruiter when trying to find important records of emails / calls with that client. It takes up way too much time going through hundreds of irrelevant emails and I can't find what i need to see quickly

I completely agree it can be frustrating scrolling through. If there was the ability to just view only client contact emails It would save so much time especially when you need to locate and refer to an email when a client is on the phone.
