  1. Compliance To Do lists - Filters

    As a user I want to be able to filter the candidates shown in the Compliance to do lists by Candidate Name, Registration Type and Source.

    This will allow me to easily search for a specific candidate, filter to view the channel candidates have registered from as well which specific source they came from (i.e. a specific job board).

    For the candidates coming from job boards, I'll then be able to bulk update these candidates compliance as 'legitimate interest'.

  2. Move candidates to the top of the considering page if they are updated?

    Currently if a candidate is marked as not progressing they move into a grey area. It would be great if the candidates that are sitting in considered would move to the top if they're updated/changed ie an email or bulk email sent to a candidate would move them to the top. So that interested candidates would be sitting at the top, pending in the middle and not progressing at the bottom.

    On the Considering list of a job, you can use the Suitablity column to flag candidates as Suitable, Maybe or Unsuitable.

    Candidates are sorted primarly by Suitablity in the following order: Unranked, Suitable, Maybe, Unsuitable (top to bottom).

    Once candidates are sorted by Suitability, the most recently updated candidates will always be at the top, based on the Action column.

  3. Compliance - New Legal Basis Drop Down Required

    We need an additional drop down for "Contract" as this is a seperate Lawful Basis for Processing as defined by the ICO, alongside Legitimate Interest and Consent..

    We will then be able to be compliant with all candidates who are in or have been in a contract with us without having to gain specific Agreement, or rely on Legitimate Interest Written or Verbal.

  4. Add new option under legal basis for processing candidate's data

    There should be more options under legal basis for candidates to cover written as well as verbal consent via the manual registration with the option to select more at a later stage through the candidates record:

    • Legitimate interest
    • Consent: verbal
    • Consent: written (email)
    • Consent: Legal plugin

  5. Search by type for companies

    We use Type of company heavily in FF would be great if you added type under advanced search in profile. so we can easily find all the companies by type. rather than sorting when we have list already.

  7. Talent Banks for clients

    It would be great to have a "talent Bank" but for clients. To be able to save clients in lists rather than just saved searches as at the moment some searches require extensive editing each time you wish to mailer clients.

  8. Creating a new job

    When I create a new job I'm asked for a contact at the company and can't save the job until I enter a contact which I'm unable to do!

  10. Dashboard Access

    When viewing another consultants dashboard it would be good if Sup Users could action items on the "to do" list ie Job Adverts, Interview Requests

    This would really help in terms of holidays and long term sickness

    You can allow certain user types to complete other team members To Do lists via Settings > User Management > User Permissions.

    You can now select a users in each of the hire / attract / people KPI reports

  15. One-Click Client Update Report

    Often we have to spend a lot of time collating information on individual roles for clients on numbers of candidates applied, numbers considered, number interviewed, sources, etc. All the relevant information a client migh want to know about the search being conducted. If FF could have a button on the role summary page to generate a report on the role, it would be great to click tat and fire off the subsequent report to the client.

    Hi all,

    An oldie but a goody!

    It may have taken us sometime but we recently added a function to the job summary page whereby you can create an email to the Job Contact (attached image1) confirming the details of the job (attached image2).

    If you would like more information about this functionality please feel free to reach out to the customer support team who will be happy to take you through it!

  16. Reorder Candidate Reg. Process
