If candidates could enter referee details themselves via their own login.
Once done, FF pings us so we can then take references verbally or via email.
It will help us with our BD!

Candidates current job title in the report builder
To add the candidates job title in the report builder so each consultant can find it easier to look for specific candidates when matching with new jobs. We use this regularly and would find it more helpful.

GOOGLE JOBS - NEW LOCATION TYPE FOR WFH/REMOTE
Now that most roles are offered on a WFH basis our Firefish location settings on Ads don't allow for GFJ to pick up our jobs as Remote or WFH.
We need to be able to set up Adverts to be found by Google as WFH/Remote/Anywhere.

Add the booking start time to the merge fields for a temp contract booking (email: jobs/contract/Placement - Candidate (PAYE)
When placing temporary workers it would be great to include the start time in the email to Clients and candidates confirming the booking. For some odd reason the system offers this option in the earlier "offer" email but not in the email you send to confirm they are starting the placement.
Surely this is a simple fix to make the contractual placement documents more useful and reduce manual edits when confirming a booking with a client and temp.

You’ll now find Start Time and End Time mail merge fields available to add in the contract placement and extension email templates.

Add [ContactJobTitle] to Merge Fields
This would be very useful for sending bulk emails.

‘ContactJobTitle’ merge field will now be available to add to any email template where ‘ContactName’ appears – this of course includes your bulk contact emails.

Business Development Email against company
The business development email sent via contact currently doesn't show as a company action, can this email show against company and contact record?

Add a Jobs Module to the Reports Dashboard
Where you could see at a glance how many CVs each user sent and how many interviews were arranged on a particular day.

Include more fonts to choose from
We're undergoing a rebranding and would like all emails etc to in Century Gothic font. It would be great if the Firefish system could have additional fonts available to choose from.

ability to show a blurb explaining why we asking diversity questions
candidates need to be able to read an explanation of why we ask the diversity questions, so room to have a blurb above our questions

Being able to report on Candidate diversity from the start of candidate journey
Currently FF only allows you to report on D&I for candidates who you have added to "considering" job stage. There is no way to report on candidates who have applied for a role and been unsuccessful in their application.

I’m pleased to confirm that the “Candidate Diversity” report within Anaylse > Standard Reports > Jobs includes a stage called “Advert Response” – any candidates at this stage are candidates who’ve applied to the Advert which linked to the Job record. This will also include candidates who’ve been unsuccessful in their application on the advert.

Offer Authorisation list - bring through colours
bring through the requested/incomplete/ready to place into the to-do list - hard to remember which you've dealt with already especially if multiple people looking at this list, the colours/status would allow you to easily identify ones that no-one has worked yet

Bring the timesheet approver field into the offer screen
As when compliance users finishing off the placement, they don't know who the timesheet approver is and the recruiter can't access the placement screen. This could be solved by adding timesheet approver to the offer screen like the accounts/billing contact
1 voteBy disabling the Restrict Placement Action setting, Recruiters will be able to confirm the placement once Compliance User has completed the compliance details and the candidate is Ready to Place. During confirmation of the placement, the Recruiter will be able to populate the Timesheet Approver.

Seperate HR/Accounts email addresses for placements
Whilst you can have separate emails for accounts and HR depending on whether you're in temp or perm workflow you can't set up seperate perm/temp accounts or hr email addresses

We’ve now released the following improvements to the Job Interview workflow…
On both the recruiter and employer interviews, the Interview type field has been split into 2 separate fields: ‘Interview Type’ and ‘Interview Stage’ – the interview stage values can be customised by a Super User via the Properties settings page.

Add available date and notice period to Outlook add in, when creating a history of an email received from a candidate
When creating history entry on to Firefish from an email received from a candidate through Outlook, or when registering a candidate to Firefish from Outlook, can you please add availability field and notice period field.
This information is vitally important when recruiting, certainly in the freelance market when our ability to react immediately to a job is essential.
7 votesDelighted to report that Available Date, Note Period and Availability fields have now been added to the Outlook and Gmail Add-ins.
When uploading or updating a candidate via the Outlook Add-in or Gmail Add-in, you’ll now have the option to populate a candidates Notice Period, Available Date and Availability, letting you keep your candidates ever changing availability details up to date.
All 3 fields will show automatically if they are enabled within Settings > People Configuration > Candidate Settings.

Multiple Currencies
Would it be possible to add a drop down of multiple currencies as we are dealing with a multi-national work force and placing candidates all over the world.
