    Would be really useful for accurate analytics, so many questions to ask and info to cover with Drs at interview it would be helpful if this was automated so it isn't missed and is accurate

  2. The ability to remove the tick 'all' option when candidates are selecting preferences (on disciplines, specialities, locations, etc)
