3. Added functionality for Linkedin Plugin

   Couple of additional features which would be incredibly helpful when adding new client contacts using the new plugin:

   1. The plugin to recognise and auto-populate the current employer details - it's a standard field on someone's Linkedin page, so should be simple to add. Of course, with the ability to manually over-ride if it's not correct. Or with the ability to select from a dropdown function which scrapes their last 2 or 3 employers, just in case they're showing multiple 'current' employers.

   2. The ability to create a new company record, should no company of that name already exist. Rather than having to break away from what you were doing on Linkedin into the Firefish platform to create it to ensure the contact goes on correctly.

   3. Using web-scraped info, or data already on the database around email address format - new company contacts added to the database to have a suggested work email address provided. Could connect this with third party email checking websites which check whether the email address works too - e.g. email-checker.net or neverbounce.com.

   4. The ability to add tags on that page too for new contacts - rather than having to go to the newly created client record. That way they can be immediately tagged up and ready for segmentation for business development mailshots too.

6. Integrate with Trust ID - a digital Right to Work check provider. This will help us and other recruitment agencies that conduct digital righ

   With the introduction of identity document validation technology (IDVT) as a permitted way to conduct Right to Work checks a large number of recruitment agencies are using identity service providers (IDSP) to conduct digital Right to Work checks. The IDSP that we use, Trust ID, have an API that can be integrated into Firefish and would allow us, and other users of Trust ID to create a seamless onboarding journey under the brand of our agency rather than pointing candidates to an alternative portal.

7. Integration with Fireflies

   Fireflies is an AI tool that transcribes conversations on Teams or other video / conference apps.
   What would be good is if the transcribed notes automatically went into the candidate or client record.
   The email of candidate or client is included in the Teams meeting invite. So Fireflies could add it to the candidate or client by searching and recognising the email address automatically.
   Then the fireflies notes are already on the record.

8. Improved formatting CV tool

   Currently the formatting CV tool is not very user friendly and has a lot of issues when formatting CV's that have text boxes or images. It would be good to see the formatting CV tool to use Microsoft word rather than it's current 3rd party system.

17. when using the email add in and responding to a candidate or client to set a follow up date which will then show on your dashboard

    We want to track all KPI's but if we complete a follow up from our outlook, we have to manually go into Firefish to confirm a new follow up date.

18. Firefish SMS Improvements - Templating, Bulk SMS from To Do list view and Personalisation

    We use the Firefish SMS packages and it would be great to see the option of SMS templates and I would love to see personalisation on SMS messaging. Merge field for candidate first name at least with sign off templated with Recruiter Name, Agency Name and Contact number, would be ideal!

    Having this capability from To Do List - Interviews view on Dashboard to enable you to send bulk SMS to candidates rather than job workflow would be a great time saver!

20. Staff scheduling function on FF

    Would be really great if there was a staff scheduling function on FF. So idea if you are working a job that requires the coordination of multiple candidates with multiple skills to fulfill multiple shift patterns. There are many out there but would be ideal to keep it all in one database!
