    It seems to be inflexible for the same email template to be used when a candidate is rejected after their CV being sent, as the one used when a candidate is rejected after an interivew. The message has to be changed every time for one of them as they are two very different responses. It would be good to have a separate system template for these two everyday scenarios.

    I always have to change the default selections e.g. I include mobile number as it helps with identifying their current location, I always untick 2- 3 boxes as it's not relevant to our searches. As we are internationaly, we would like to see Nationality but it's not an option in the list.
