    When placing candidates and completing compliance details, it would be very helpful if a preferred answer could be set. i.e. If there is a requirement for the candidate to have a driving licence and the drop down answers are 'yes' and 'no', we could mark that answering 'yes' is the only answer which will make them compliant, and choosing 'no' would keep the compliance as incomplete or non-compliant.

    Specifically, it would be great to be able to add the CC or BCC email address into the template within Sys Config > Email Templates so that it auto-populates every time the corresponding email is sent.
