    candidates must be able to upload a cover letter in addition to their CV as this is a requirement from our clients.

    (In addition EDI forms, case studies, publications and public sector applications are required ad hoc in sectors at Aspen such as Education)

    Numerous candidates have mentioned there is no clear way to know that they've finished the registration process as there is no place to review their text or 'submit' what they've sent. the only thing they could see is a box that says their work will be lost unless saved, however they are saving it the whole way through. can a box to 'review and complete application' please be considered?

    We need this as standard from all applicants. It would be great if the system could make Cover Letters not only mandatory, but 'land' in the system in the same part as the CV does. (We still need to remove both to SharePoint to merge the document as 1 PDF for our clients - but at least this would save us chasing for the cover letter in the first place)
