    We find the small number of available templates to be very restricting. The CRM we used prior to our use of Firefish allowed us to create a vrtual unlimited number of templates. These saved us so much time.

    Our consultancy team is frustrated by what for them is a backward step.

    This will save significant time when consultants are entering a few or numerous people or companies into Firefish. It will alleviate the need to check to see whether that name is already in the database.
    We have started a geogtraphical diversification and a number of companies based in that territory already exist in our database, yet have been duplicated by someone entering them again..
    This is now an imprtant feature because with consultants spending so much time working from home, from their market research more than just one consultant could be sourcing the same company or candidate.
