    Hi All,

    You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending.     We find the small number of available templates to be very restricting. The CRM we used prior to our use of Firefish allowed us to create a vrtual unlimited number of templates. These saved us so much time.

    Our consultancy team is frustrated by what for them is a backward step.

    Not having this facility is a great let down. It is a feature we were expecting after we were told CV Parsing was available during the 'sales pitch' to us from Firefish! This is atechnology backward step and so time consuming.

    This will save significant time when consultants are entering a few or numerous people or companies into Firefish. It will alleviate the need to check to see whether that name is already in the database.
    We have started a geogtraphical diversification and a number of companies based in that territory already exist in our database, yet have been duplicated by someone entering them again..
    This is now an imprtant feature because with consultants spending so much time working from home, from their market research more than just one consultant could be sourcing the same company or candidate.
