    Hi All,

    You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending.     This would be so helpful to us. We often pull reports from our database for payroll i.e. a bespoke list of candidates, all their payroll numbers, bank details, NI etc... As well as for other reasons. Being able to make a bespoke excel export for a list of candidates would be ideal.

    It would be ideal if the Super user could set the default columns for clients / candidates so we can have it set up with what we want our staff to see and dont have to keep changing it every time we do a new search. Thank you
