Completely agree, we need this function!
I fully agree with this and would like to reiterate the concerns raised. In a 24-hour temporary staffing environment, the current availability settings are not fit for purpose. It is extremely difficult to indicate that a candidate is available on specific days. The automatic addition of a 9-hour mandatory rest period to any unavailability status significantly increases confusion and makes availability appear inaccurate. In a fast-moving temp market, speed is essential.
