    Please can we have the facility to send a Test Email on all Email Templates?

    At the moment we can only generate a test for an Email Signature, and we would also like to be able to test our email templates from the Email Templates section of System Configuration within Settings.

    In particular we want to give this functionality to at least the Marketing Licence but ideally all User types who have access to edit and maintain Email Templates.

    A lot of contacts have 2 email IDs (like candidates) and it would be useful to be able to store this on the contact profile like we do on the candidate profile

    It would be good if we could just have multiple BULK EMAIL templates (Bulk Email 1, Bult Email 2, Bulk Email 3 etc.), all with the same existing Candidate Action - to allow us to send out a regular handful of identical emails rather than having to edit every single time.
    I am sure each agency has its own requirements for multiple templates.

    Please can you set auto capitalisation for the first letter in every name (first name, middle name, surname), field, every address field and all for every letter in a postcode field excluding the numbers. Especially important for names as this data is used in singular and bulk emails and must be correct.
