Currently when we set up an interview an outlook reminder pops up in the outlook calendar on our computers, for that time & date.
It would be very useful if we had the option (i.e Tick box when sending interview confirmation) to automatically send the client an outlook calendar meeting invite/reminder when setting up the interview.
That way they should have Time + Date + Location for that interview in both their inbox & calendar. It also means if there is a conflict of times they will be instantly notified.
This is something we would suggest for both contacts and candidates.
