    Hi All,

    You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending.     At the moment, FF isn't really set up as a retained friendly CRM. This would really help with reporting on retained business development activities tracking suspects to prospects to leads & to sales.

    Yep, agreed - Would be really handy if we could use FF for client marketing & track results so that we don't need to replicate data or use multiple tools.
