    This is such a great idea. It's so important to have a record of which firms were interested, even if the interview didn't actually take place. I would prefer it if it wasn't visible to the candidate though. If an interview request comes in after the candidate has accepted elsewhere, I'd still like to have a record of the client's interest but would want control over how I delivered that message to the candidate.
