  3. If candidates could enter referee details themselves via their own login.

    Once done, FF pings us so we can then take references verbally or via email.

    It will help us with our BD!

  4. Include more fonts to choose from

    We're undergoing a rebranding and would like all emails etc to in Century Gothic font. It would be great if the Firefish system could have additional fonts available to choose from.

  6. Offer Authorisation list - bring through colours

    bring through the requested/incomplete/ready to place into the to-do list - hard to remember which you've dealt with already especially if multiple people looking at this list, the colours/status would allow you to easily identify ones that no-one has worked yet

  7. Bring the timesheet approver field into the offer screen

    As when compliance users finishing off the placement, they don't know who the timesheet approver is and the recruiter can't access the placement screen. This could be solved by adding timesheet approver to the offer screen like the accounts/billing contact

    By disabling the Restrict Placement Action setting, Recruiters will be able to confirm the placement once Compliance User has completed the compliance details and the candidate is Ready to Place. During confirmation of the placement, the Recruiter will be able to populate the Timesheet Approver.

  8. Seperate HR/Accounts email addresses for placements

    Whilst you can have separate emails for accounts and HR depending on whether you're in temp or perm workflow you can't set up seperate perm/temp accounts or hr email addresses

  11. Allow Recruiters to make placements when Authorisation enabled

    When Authorisation is switched on at the offer stage, only Superusers/Compliance users can make the placement.

    It would be great if once the offer is authorised, the user who has managed the job workflow can make the placement.

  12. Being able to report on Candidate diversity from the start of candidate journey

    Currently FF only allows you to report on D&I for candidates who you have added to "considering" job stage. There is no way to report on candidates who have applied for a role and been unsuccessful in their application.

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    I’m pleased to confirm that the “Candidate Diversity” report within Anaylse > Standard Reports > Jobs includes a stage called “Advert Response” – any candidates at this stage are candidates who’ve applied to the Advert which linked to the Job record. This will also include candidates who’ve been unsuccessful in their application on the advert.

  13. Integrate with document signing software.

    We use eversign to have contracts signed by our clients. It would be awesome if FF could integrate to issue prefilled contracts with any popular document signing software!

  14. GOOGLE JOBS - NEW LOCATION TYPE FOR WFH/REMOTE

    Now that most roles are offered on a WFH basis our Firefish location settings on Ads don't allow for GFJ to pick up our jobs as Remote or WFH.

    We need to be able to set up Adverts to be found by Google as WFH/Remote/Anywhere.

  15. Add the booking start time to the merge fields for a temp contract booking (email: jobs/contract/Placement - Candidate (PAYE)

    When placing temporary workers it would be great to include the start time in the email to Clients and candidates confirming the booking. For some odd reason the system offers this option in the earlier "offer" email but not in the email you send to confirm they are starting the placement.

    Surely this is a simple fix to make the contractual placement documents more useful and reduce manual edits when confirming a booking with a client and temp.

  16. Separate Temp, Perm, Temp to Perm & Fixed term Contract Revenue on the Sales Plan Dashboard or produce in a report

    Currently the dashboard is obsolete for Consultants operating a hybrid temp and perm desk, as well as Temporary Consultants as all the figures merge into one on the dashboard. They also only take account of estimated temps revenue and estimated hours worked. As data is transferred over to Timesheetportal, couldn't you import the actual figures from Timesheetportal back into Firefish?

    The Description (within Website > Candidate Registration > Diversity) will now show at the top of the Diversity page of your registration form, above the diversity questions.

  18. Postcode search on Job Potential Matches.

    The ability to be able to set a separate postcode search when setting up potential matches would be great. The postcode search currently works when the company address is the same as the location as the job but doesn't work for us when the site is in a totally separate location.

  19. Let you just move CVs over

    Be able to drag and drop CVs into the document tab rather than having to save them and then upload them.
