We're often asked to find people who are immediately available or free to start within 2 weeks but at the moment the notice period isn't included within the search criteria.

This is critical as many of our candidates are on 3 or 6 mth motice and often clients wont look at these candidates as timescales too long. Having to click into each candidate to check notice period takes a lot of time vs searching on it.

This would be invaluable to Talentedge - many of our clients won't consider candidates on longer notice periods and notice periods in our area of specialism range wildly from immediately available to 6 months. We are really struggling without this search functionality, especially when it is in a firefish searchable field so could be utilised readily.
