Include a date and timestamp when uploading received emails
At the moment, when you upload received emails to FireFish and time and date stamp of when the email was actually received is not included. Instead, FireFish only shows the time the email was uploaded. It would be incredibly useful, sometimes business-critical, to be able to see when emails were received.

Add available date and notice period to Outlook add in, when creating a history of an email received from a candidate
When creating history entry on to Firefish from an email received from a candidate through Outlook, or when registering a candidate to Firefish from Outlook, can you please add availability field and notice period field.
This information is vitally important when recruiting, certainly in the freelance market when our ability to react immediately to a job is essential.
7 votesDelighted to report that Available Date, Note Period and Availability fields have now been added to the Outlook and Gmail Add-ins.
When uploading or updating a candidate via the Outlook Add-in or Gmail Add-in, you’ll now have the option to populate a candidates Notice Period, Available Date and Availability, letting you keep your candidates ever changing availability details up to date.
All 3 fields will show automatically if they are enabled within Settings > People Configuration > Candidate Settings.

Make Company Info Editable from Summary Tab
On company profile, the links on Summary tab allow you to click through and quickly edit what you need to, however it's frustrating that you cant:
- Edit the description from the Summary tab
- That there isn't the link that takes you to the exact field to edit (the way the links work via the Summary tab in a candidate record).

stop attaching client terms of business to every CV submission email. Why would you want to do this?
And also stop them being attached to each job for that client
1 voteWe have added the ability to automatically add the 'Terms' document to a ‘CV Send’ email.
In the Job Configuration menu there is now a check box for 'Terms'.
This will be enabled by default but can be easily disabled by simply unchecking the box.

Going through some older ideas on the Community and came across this one.
Good news is that you can create a report card within the Reports Dashboard and filter it by your candidate or contact calls. You'll then be able to click into each segment or KPI to view the call details.

Ability to bulk change candidate ratings
When handling applications, you can only currently change candidate rating's one at a time. This is not only time consuming, but also laborious.
Why not enable the user to select multiple candidates at once and do the change all together. Whether that be after they've been rejected, or with the pop-up comments box screen which comes up before the reject email.
We use 1* rating as a 'delete', seeing as there's no point having 1* candidates on a database. But because we're handling so many applications every day, we end up sending bulk decline emails and in doing so, can't…

The star rating field is now available on the pop up modal when performing the Not Progressing action via the Advert Applications tab. This will allow you to bulk change candidates star ratings when performing this action.

Search Candidate CV Filter
To add a “Search Candidate CV” tick box to the candidate keyword search which would gives the option of excluding the CV from the search. By unticking this field users could run a keyword search which would search the candidate profile only and therefore exclude any keyword matches in the candidates CV, giving more accurate search results based on their Skills, or other data within the Profile tab.
This logic could also be rolled out to the Keyword search fields within Jobs and Contact Potential Matches for consistency throughout the system.

Be able to add overtime rates after the temporary contract has been extended
For example - when you have had a temp working for some time and the contract has been extended and then due to peaks in the business - they get paid an overtime rate. At the moment, you are not able to amend and add an overtime rate for it to merge over onto our payroll system (timesheet portal). It would be a great help as we do not always know straight away if I temp will be extended/required to work overtime

Thanks for your suggestion – good news on this one! You can edit an existing placement or extension and add any additional rates to the contract, then once you hit “Confirm” you can send or skip the emails and at this point the data will be resent to Timesheet Portal. We’ve now released the following improvements to the Job Interview workflow…
On both the recruiter and employer interviews, the Interview type field has been split into 2 separate fields: ‘Interview Type’ and ‘Interview Stage’ – the interview stage values can be customised by a Super User via the Properties settings page.

Customising aspects of candidate portal
The messaging displayed currently is really off putting - we don't do marketing per se (it would be better if this said "Email communication") and we most definitely do not have Offers to communicate to candidates looking for jobs. Most of our new registered users are opting out of email marketing, resulting in us being unable to do much with the information they have just given us.
We really ought to have the ability to change that wording so our users will know that they won't be spammed!1 voteWe’ve updated the text on the My Alerts page within the Candidate Portal to match the text on the Communication Preferences landing page which is already part of your registration and compliance workflows. The previous selections for Email Marketing, SMS Marketing and Offers have been renamed to Personalised Email, Text Message and Offers. This gives your candidates a clearer understanding of each communication preference option.

Timesheet Approver Field
When making a placement it would be good to have a timesheet approver, similar to the billing contact to allow this information to be passed over to Timesheet Portal.
1 voteWe’ve added a Timesheet Approver field to the Placement page on the contract workflow, allowing you to populate up to 2 timesheet approvers from one company.
This can be enabled via Settings > Job Configuration > Contract Workflow > Placement Settings.
If you already have the Timesheet Portal CSV Export set up then we’ve enabled this field for you. Any timesheet approvers you populate will also be included in the Timesheet Portal CSV for any future contract placements.

Multiple Currencies
Would it be possible to add a drop down of multiple currencies as we are dealing with a multi-national work force and placing candidates all over the world.

Generate list of upcoming Client Tasks
It would be helpful when managing clients if we are able to pull a report of all upcoming client tasks we have set for our clients.
At present you have to go in week by week to count or preview tasks you have coming up.
Can we implement a feature to search upcoming tasks?

Priority flag on job report
We use the priority flag on our jobs to good effect and it would be great to have the tags displayed as a column on the open job report. Instead of the flag this should be displayed as None, Low, Medium and High.
5 votesWe're delighted to say that you're now able to add the Priority column to reports using the Job module on the reports dashboard.
This column will show the Priority of your job as None, Low, Medium or High.
