When handling applications, you can only currently change candidate rating's one at a time. This is not only time consuming, but also laborious.

Why not enable the user to select multiple candidates at once and do the change all together. Whether that be after they've been rejected, or with the pop-up comments box screen which comes up before the reject email.

We use 1* rating as a 'delete', seeing as there's no point having 1* candidates on a database. But because we're handling so many applications every day, we end up sending bulk decline emails and in doing so, can't then change the start rating in that process.

So we've now got a database of 'default 3' candidates we will never work with. But because of the time it takes to admin, we won't be able to go back and 1 each of them.

So we've got a database filling with candidate data we don't want.

Enable the ability to bulk change star ratings and we can clean this up.
