include the permanent job alert 'Salary Banding' dropdown menu when sending a new candidate to FF via the Outlook plugin

When sending a new candidate to FF through the Outlook plugin, it shows the drop down menus for candidate preferences: Discipline, Location and Speciality.

Would be great if you could add a 'Salary Banding' to the dropdown option for permanent job alerts when we send a new candidate to FF through the Outlook plugin.

When we include 'Desired Salary' under Permanent, it does not update their job alert preferences to our predetermined 'Salary Banding' dropdowns we created so you have to go in and create a new Job Alert Preference for each and every canddiate, otheriwse they are not sent alerts relevant to their salary level.

Be great if we could do it from the start. Thanks!

    Hi Guy - The beta features will be released this Thursday night in our normal weekly update window.

    We have had to change this a little following on from some strong feedback from the clients that went in to beta.

    Having a min and a max / band on the candidate record didn't work as well when searching on the candidates so we reverted back to the desired salary on the candidate record.

    However we have added a sliding scale on the adverts to control the job alerts. So if your candidate has a desired salary of 25k and you set the salary scale from 20 - 30k this candidate will receive the job alert however candidates with a desired salary over the 30k will not.

    Thanks to the beta customers for shaping this improvement and you will be able to see it in action on Friday.
