This would be amazing, I used and still use CloudCall (used to be called Synety) and the integration was great with Bullhorn for call recordings/click to call/integration for incoming calls versus candidates/contacts etc, just a shame that was one of the only things Bullhorn could get right. Firefish is the place to be and it's great to see the community comes together to help build the best Recruitment ATS/CRM around today! Exciting times :-)

We use Skype for Business 2016 and would be happy to take part in testing.

Hi All - I have been using it and testing it in house it is very cool. Will be April before we are open to beta trial.

The best bit is, that it does not matter what phone system you have or use.

As the first phase we are looking to add the following functionality -

1. Click to call - from your Browser and link this to our action framework
2. Call recording - Duration, user, type of call and notes section.
3. Click to call - from your Phone and link this to our action framework
4. Call queuing – Line up calls to be made one after the other to clients or candidates

Stay tuned for further info in the next few months and get yuor recruiters all to vote on it :)

We use Vonage so a click to dial system which integrated with them would be fantastic.

Can whoever asked for this let me know what phone system you are using? We have it in place. It is possible with a number of phone system but it is browser related and not Firefish related.
