removal of data for Superusers only?
AS it is now possible to remove data and is irreversible, do you think it would be advisable to only let Superusers to do this or authorise this?

The default for this now for superusers and we have also changed the name of this action to delete. Hopefully this helps to be very clear that you are deleting the candidates personal information and this can not be retried once done.
